If you’d like to book me for your event, please complete, sign and submit the form below.

Once I’ve received a completed form I’ll issue a booking confirmation, along with an invoice for your accounts department.

Fees can be paid online by debit/credit card, by Paypal or bank transfer. Please let me know if you need me to complete a New Suppliers Form.

Please note: I am often inundated with enquiries for the same date and have to accept the first one to confirm. I can only secure dates and times once I have received a completed booking form and this has been acknowledged by me.
