Wedding & Private Event Booking Form

To book me for your wedding, I ask you to complete the form below and pay a £100 booking fee. The booking fee is deductible from the total fee and acts as a deposit to reserve your date.

Once I’ve received a completed form I’ll issue a booking confirmation, along with an invoice for booking fee.

Fees can be paid online by debit/credit card, by Paypal or bank transfer.

Please note: I am often inundated with enquiries for the same date and have to accept the first one to confirm. I can only secure dates and times once I have received a completed booking form and this has been acknowledged by me.
